There is a dance to life.
Many are stuck in the same old dance they were born into.
A dance of suffering and frustration.
A dance of never quite getting what they really want.
A dance of never being quite good enough.
It can often be a dance that goes with the same song.
A cyclical existence. A dance and song on loop.
It’s only when we have the courage to look at the complete opposite of how we’ve looked at life, does something profound happen.
We see this duality, allowing for contrast.
This contrast can liberate us, or it can give us more of how we are limited.
It’s all how you look at it.
Let’s get practical.
If you’ve experience highs and lows, good and bad, easy and challenging; you’re living full spectrum. And the more extreme, the more profound.
A warrior who has found peace is an example.
A homeless person who becomes a billionaire is another example.
The lower the times, the sweeter the victory.
This is the full spectrum. And we all have the ability to dance this full spectrum.
We are in an age where a precise trajectory will be most advantageous in the coming decade especially.
This trajectory will guide individuals to live in the Present Moment, trust themselves (especially in uncertain times) and continue their journey beautifully and powerfully.
And this trajectory will allow any individual to dance with life itself, each and every day, in its full glory.
